Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Communication Strategist to support large‑scale business and digital transformation programs. The role focuses on designing and executing clear, compelling, and behavior‑driven communication strategies that enable adoption, alignment, and sustained change across complex stakeholder environments.
You will work closely with transformation leaders, change managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate strategic ambitions into engaging narratives, targeted messaging, and effective communication journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute end‑to‑end change and transformation communication strategies aligned to business objectives
- Develop clear change narratives that connect strategy, technology, and day‑to‑day business impact
- Translate complex transformation initiatives (e.g., CRM, ERP, operating model changes) into simple, role‑relevant messages
- Define and manage stakeholder‑specific communication plans (executives, managers, frontline users, support functions)
- Create and govern communication toolkits, including:
- Leadership messages and townhall content
- Manager cascade materials
- FAQs, playbooks, and talking points
- Internal campaign assets (presentations, videos, intranet content)
- Partner with Change and Adoption Leads to ensure communications actively drive behavioral change, not just awareness
- Support manager‑led change by equipping leaders with practical communication assets
- Establish feedback and listening mechanisms to continuously adapt messaging
- Ensure consistency of messaging across channels and alignment with governance structures
Required Experience- 8–12+ years of experience in communication strategy, change communication, or transformation communications
- Proven experience supporting large‑scale transformation programs (CRM, ERP, digital, commercial, or operating model change)
- Experience working in consulting environments (Big‑4, strategy firms, or transformation boutiques) or complex global organizations
- Strong exposure to stakeholder‑heavy, matrixed environments, ideally in industrial, B2B, or regulated contexts
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and action‑oriented messages
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and C‑level stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
