Role Description The Communication & Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions that enhance students’ communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, aligned with industry expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and online workshops, preparing training materials and assessments, providing individualized feedback and coaching, and tracking participants’ progress. The trainer will collaborate with technical instructors to integrate soft skills into coding and placement preparation programs, and may contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Soft Skills to effectively engage learners and model professional behavior.
- Candidates should possess solid Training & Development and Presentation Skills for designing and delivering impactful sessions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Life Skills, including critical thinking, teamwork, and professional etiquette, to support students’ overall readiness.
- Experience in student or early-career training, career readiness programs, or corporate learning and development is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, communication, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to facilitate group activities, provide constructive feedback, and work with diverse learners in both in-person and online environments.
- Strong organizational skills, comfort with digital learning tools, and a genuine interest in mentoring and empowering students.
