About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Communications Associate to support our growing organization. This role combines human resources, internal communications, branding, and operational coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions in a dynamic startup environment.
You will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen our people processes, enhance employee engagement, and build a strong organizational presence through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
* Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees, interns, and consultants.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
* Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.
Communications & Branding
* Coordinate internal and external organizational communication.
* Create engaging content for newsletters, blogs, announcements, and social media platforms.
* Manage and maintain communication calendars.
* Support website content updates and organizational storytelling.
* Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Administration & Operations
* Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Support project documentation and internal coordination.
* Coordinate with consultants, interns, partners, and external stakeholders.
* Assist leadership with operational planning and organizational development.
* Support events, workshops, trainings, and other organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, communications, administration, or a similar role.
* Experience working with startups, NGOs, consulting firms, or social enterprises will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.

* Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
* Working Days: Monday to Friday
* Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
* Additional flexibility may be required during events, workshops, or project deadlines.
