We track and analyze India's political narratives across media and social platforms to provide real-time intelligence for decision-makers. Our research directly influences how clients understand and respond to emerging political discourse and public sentiment. You will develop expertise in political narratives, media trends, and communications strategy while delivering insights that shape client decisions.
We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals-including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates-with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.
Position Requirement:
• Develop strategic and compelling storytelling messaging on narratives related to the political domain and election campaigns.
• Strategize and execute a digital advertising plan in line with the business strategy, in coordination with the Digital Advertising team.
• People Management: Identify, recruit, and manage an effective and passionate team of high-calibre individuals to achieve business objectives.
• Supervise and guide content creators on narrative development and content review across platforms — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Sharechat, Moj, Telegram, and Koo.
• Conduct landscape assessment and competitor analysis, along with ongoing monitoring.
• Support the development of advertising material across multiple platforms in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of new trends in the communications space.
Must Have:
• Good understanding of Indian politics, history, and current affairs.
• Good understanding of both written and spoken Gujarati.
• 4–10 years of professional experience in a media organization.
• Digital media native who understands how to effectively communicate across social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.
• Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders, external agencies, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to go beyond the scope of the job and take ownership to get work done.
• Agile and flexible individual with a can-do approach to managing ambiguity and a highly iterative creative process.
