About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our High School Outreach Team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the high school curriculum, a basic grasp of the education industry, and an interest in communications and marketing strategy. This role plays a key part in implementing Campus Connect’s outreach and engagement initiatives across regions, connecting with schools and counselors to strengthen our network and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute the communications and marketing strategy for Campus Connect, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across channels.
- Plan and manage high school outreach activities in alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors and academic partners across South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Middle East.
- Monitor and manage the outreach database, identifying new opportunities to grow and strengthen our network.
- Work closely with communities of University Representatives and High School Counselors to enhance engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and initiatives that promote Campus Connect.
- Hands on with vendor dealing and negotiations.
- Draft and manage professional email communications and other correspondence effectively.
- Stay up to date with marketing tools, trends, and best practices to ensure campaign success.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in the higher education, outreach, or communications sector.
- Knowledge of or interest in the international higher education landscape is highly desirable.
