As a Communication Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing communication strategies to effectively convey the organization's messages to Senior Citizens. You will be responsible for maintaining records of all the queries you address and will send welcome messages to the new members. You will be in charge of handling the follow-up with the old members who have been not in touch. This role requires a combination of patience, listening skills, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer’s (Senior Citizens) inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels. Provide accurate information about sessions. Assist customers with their queries.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalations courteously and efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism in every interaction. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using Google Sheets tracking systems. Generate reports and analyze customer’s queries to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Solicit feedback from customers. Actively listen to customer suggestions, complaints, and testimonials to drive continuous improvement in services, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar sector is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English [Additional languages may be required depending on the customer base], with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop creative communication solutions.
- Poblem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Salary Range : Upto 20k per month
