Role Overview
We’re hiring a Communication Designer with 2+ years of experience or a strong, high-quality portfolio that speaks for itself.
You will be responsible for shaping how Shapercult communicates visually across digital, performance marketing, social media, website, packaging, and campaigns.
This is not a template-based role. We need someone who thinks, conceptualizes, and executes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact creatives
- Create engaging social media visuals & campaign assets
- Develop website banners, landing page visuals & emailers
- Work on packaging, brand collaterals & launch campaigns
- Maintain and evolve brand visual identity
- Collaborate with marketing, performance & content teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in communication/graphic design
- (Freshers with exceptional portfolios can apply)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital & campaign work
- Solid design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory, composition)
- Strong understanding of D2C / fashion / lifestyle aesthetics
- Motion/Video knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work fast without compromising on quality
