We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic design intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to our marketing efforts.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Design Intern to create engaging and visually stimulating content for our marketing activities. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of a well-established brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Content Creation: Design and edit eye-catching images and graphics for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest). This includes creating visually appealing posts, stories, and other digital assets.
• Design Support: Assist the design team in their day-to-day activities, which may include preparing files for print, researching design trends, and contributing to brainstorming sessions.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with the target audience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Timely Delivery: Take responsibility for delivering assigned tasks and projects on time and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including image editing, layout design, and typography.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sarees and Indian textiles is a plus.
Compensation:
A stipend will be considered based on the candidate's experience and skills.
