Description
Support the development of internal communication materials, including emails, newsletters, digital signage, presentations, videos, intranet and Viva Engage content
- Conceptualize and execute communication projects for business divisions.
- Project management for communication campaigns and facilitating timely execution.
- Handle versatile formats of communications for businesses.
- Take care of creative communication platforms including technical talks, podcasts, and videos.
- Collaborate with business units to capture and convey updates through different internal communication channels, achievements, and key messages in a clear and engaging manner.
- Support communication plans for specific projects, initiatives, or changes within business units.
- Editing and writing content will be an important part of your job; tailor messaging according to different audience sets, channels, leaders and scenarios.
- Effectively utilizing all internal communications channels to promote initiatives and devise creative ways of enhancing employee engagement.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics to refine communication strategies and improve employee engagement.
- Ensure that all internal communications align with the company’s brand voice, culture, values and overall brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and design across all communication platforms.
- Support internal team initiatives, event support, and vendor coordination for business units or related deliverables.
- Adhere to timelines and ensure deliverables for communications requests are catered to business units in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Communications Coordinator or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with design software like Canva, proficiency in designing and editing PowerPoint presentations.
- Having a flair for creative writing and producing content, emails, newsletters and resources on the company intranet.
- Passion for people-centric communications, ability to connect teams through communications.
- A strong client service-oriented mindset and a knack for understanding internal business needs and consistently following through on commitments.
- Take complete accountability and ownership for assigned projects.
- Strong Project management and organizational skills are crucial.
- Ability to work within a team of specialists, designers, and photographers.
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
- BA/ BMM in Mass Communications, MBA would be preferred
