Global Internship Program The purpose of our internship program is to provide rising juniors and seniors with a meaningful and educational experience where you will have the opportunity to put theories and knowledge gained through your education into real-world practice. Our goal at CommScope is to provide an opportunity for successful interns to have the opportunity to join our team after graduation full-time or be part of the Graduate Rotational Program. Global Campus Programs As CommScope designs and builds connectivity for the world's most advanced networks, we're building something equally as important: careers for bright college students and recent graduates like you. Our Global Campus Programs are designed to provide practical work experience through challenging projects and mentorship from the best in the industry. We offer Campus Programing for a wide variety of areas such as Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, and more through Internships, Co-Ops, and our Graduate Rotational Program. Global Graduate Rotational Program CommScope's Graduate Rotation Program (GRP) is designed to accelerate your professional development and provides you with cross-functional experiences within CommScope's organizations. This program is designed for recent undergraduate or master's graduates with 2 years or less of professional work experience and just starting out in their careers. Throughout the 2-year program, you will move through three 8-month or two 1-year rotations, depending on the business need, where you will be tasked with challenging and business-critical projects. Sales Development Program (US Only) Our Sales Graduate Program is designed to accelerate professional development and provide cross-functional experiences within CommScope. This 12-month development program, you will move through an extensive training program crafted for your success. Our curriculum will prepare you for a future in sales, and we will provide access to dedicated mentors and industry leaders to help build a foundation for a successful and meaningful career in the telecommunications/ multiple-system operator (MSO) market. New Graduate Program (India Only) The India New Graduate Program (NGP) is a one-year program designed to acclimate new graduates to CommScope's culture and business. Throughout the program, participants engage in training and networking opportunities. Participants that excel in the program are offered full-time positions against suitable openings at the conclusion of the program.
