Significant progressively responsible experience in budget management, governmental or public-sector finance, accounting, financial management, and/or financial analysis; demonstrated experience developing and managing complex budgets; strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and fiscal management; proficiency with financial management systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with Virginia state government budgeting and Cardinal preferred.
