Emergency Management Program Manager

The Emergency Management Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the Commonwealth's emergency management program. This position serves as the State Emergency Manager and provides leadership in the development and implementation of the Commonwealth's emergency operations plans, training and exercises, and overall emergency preparedness initiatives. The Manager oversees the daily operations of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency's (PEMA) Bureau of Response and Recovery and supervises staff involved in disaster response, recovery, and mitigation efforts.
