Experience cultivating and closing five-, six-, and seven-figure major gifts; experience with multiple direct response channels; experience hosting fundraising events; knowledge of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) practices; team management and development; ability to travel at least 10 times per year; ability to work in DC office at least two days per week; willingness to have social media presence.
