Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Commodity Retail Associate. The role involves conducting retail sales, advising customers on products, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Commodity Retail Associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding customer needs, and maintaining product knowledge to provide informed guidance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to effectively guide customers in selecting the appropriate products and meeting sales objectives.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster relationships and drive client loyalty through positive experiences.
- Strong Communication skills, including listening and explaining information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail or the financial services sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
