Project Manager

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 1–3 years of experience, who is passionate about project quality standards, agile facilitation, backlog hygiene, and cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role will serve as both a Scrum Master and a Quality Gatekeeper, ensuring that every project intake meets defined standards and governance criteria. The ideal candidate will work full-time from our office, align with CST/EST hours, and collaborate directly with customers—requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Agile Delivery & Facilitation Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Serve as backup Scrum Master across squads to ensure continuity. Promote Agile best practices and support Agile adoption across teams. Backlog & Process Management Lead backlog refinement and grooming with Product Owners and stakeholders. Ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and actionable. Optimize Jira workflows to enhance team delivery efficiency. Quality Standards & Project Intake Define and enforce quality standards for project intake. Validate readiness criteria (requirements, documentation, etc.) before execution. Act as the intake gatekeeper and governance overseer. Tooling & Documentation Maintain governance documentation using Confluence. Support migration efforts by documenting systems, tools, and workflows. Continuously improve Agile and project documentation. Operations & Special Projects Collaborate with the external Operations Team to support team effectiveness. Lead or contribute to Agile maturity assessments, tooling audits, and cross-functional initiatives. Provide TPMO support as needed.
