Commissioning Manager (Cx Manager – Semiconductor Fabs)
Role Overview
The Commissioning Manager is responsible for the end-to-end commissioning strategy, execution, and handover of semiconductor fabrication facilities. This role requires a holistic understanding of fab systems (process, facilities, utilities, cleanroom, automation, LSS Bulk Chemical, bulk and Spec Gas) to ensure safe, compliant, and timely start-up of complex manufacturing environments. The manager develops the Commissioning Execution plan, configures the commissioning software into align with Cx and start-up needs, and manages the development of System Start-up Matrices (SSM'). He is an integral part of the schedule team ensuring SSM's are integrated into program milestones and milestones reflect commissioning start-up and operational needs. He aligns with Operations on hand over requirements and structures Ops and Maintenance Manuals (O&M) to to meet client needs. He completes a weekly report on all Cx KPI, forecast all speciality needs and be the link between client and construction team and integrate tool install need ito the commissioning schedule.
