About the Role
Schools24 is looking for energetic and confident sales professionals who can introduce our school management software to schools and educational institutions. The role focuses on generating leads, meeting decision-makers, explaining product value, and converting schools into long-term customers.
Success in this role means:
Bringing new schools onboard, building trust with school management, and helping Schools24 expand across regions.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions
- Present Schools24 software to principals, administrators, and management teams
- Explain product features clearly and professionally
- Generate leads through direct visits, calls, networking, and referrals
- Follow up with interested schools and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients after onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Share market feedback to improve product positioning
Qualifications
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in speaking with school authorities and decision-makers
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel when required
- Experience in sales is preferred, but freshers with strong confidence can apply
- Passion for education technology is an advantage
