Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting our services and mission. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, representing the organization’s values, and regularly reporting on performance and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Networking, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Understanding of Marketing principles and Customer Engagement strategies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for supporting women’s empowerment and community building
- Proficiency in basic office and communication tools (e.g., email, CRM software) is a plus
- Prior experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization is desirable
