Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. In this role, you will engage with potential students and their families to provide detailed information about university admission processes, programs, and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective applicants, promoting the organization’s services, responding to inquiries, and maintaining relationships with students and partner institutions. The role involves achieving sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication skills, including client engagement and relationship building
- Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Basic technical proficiency in CRM tools, email communication tools, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a remote setting
- Experience in the education/recruitment sector or customer service is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages would be an advantage
