Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role located in Delhi, India. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop strategies and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and build strong client relationships.
- Understanding of financial products and services; experience in financial planning or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently and proactively.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales or a commission-based role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in local languages, along with English, is a plus.
