Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commission Sales Associate. Based in Aligarh, the role involves generating sales leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting products to potential clients, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. The role also encompasses monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets and close deals
- Proficiency in market research, client acquisition, and lead generation
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities for working with internal and external stakeholders
- Organizational skills with a focus on time management and multi-tasking
- Knowledge of food export processes, private label solutions, or a background in the food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
