Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for generating new business and supporting growth for PUSHPAK CQV CONSULTING. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, reaching out to potential clients, and presenting CQV consulting services tailored to their regulatory and operational needs. The associate will maintain a pipeline of prospects, conduct follow-ups, coordinate introductory calls and meetings, and support proposal development with accurate client requirements and project details. The role involves collaborating closely with the consultant to understand service offerings, tracking sales activities and performance, and ensuring a professional, client-focused experience throughout the sales cycle. Compensation will be primarily commission-based, reflecting successful client acquisition and closed engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in B2B or professional services environments.
- Knowledge or familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors, particularly in areas such as compliance, validation, or quality systems, is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly, build relationships, and conduct persuasive presentations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple prospects and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic productivity software to track activities and report on sales performance.
- Prior experience in commission-based roles or consulting sales is an advantage; experience selling technical or regulatory services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with demonstrable sales success.
