Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Delhi NCR. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, dealers, interior designers, contractors, institutions, and bulk buyers, and converting leads into sales.
The role includes field visits, client meetings, lead follow-ups, product presentations, quotation coordination, and closing bulk and retail furniture orders. The candidate will work closely with the Oakcraft team to expand market reach, increase sales, and build a strong network of business partners and customers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, result-oriented, and motivated by high earnings through performance-based commissions.

Qualifications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate leads and build strong client relationships
• Experience in sales, business development, field sales, or commission-based selling is preferred
• Knowledge of office furniture, interiors, B2B sales, or institutional sales will be an advantage
• Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in closing deals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and quotation handling is preferred
• Candidates with existing connections in corporates, dealers, architects, contractors, or institutions will be highly preferred
