Role Description
This is a contract, on-site position located in Kalyan for a Commission Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting and selling company services, and maintaining client relationships to drive sales growth. The role also involves providing product or service information, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets through active communication and consultation with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in customer engagement, sales techniques, and lead conversion
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and building client relationships
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in BPO or sales-related roles is preferred
- Familiarity with call handling, lead qualification, and customer support solutions is an advantage
