Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with local businesses, and identifying opportunities to match their hiring needs with LokalHunt’s platform. Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls, maintaining an active sales pipeline, delivering platform demos, onboarding new clients, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining client relationships
- Familiarity with local markets and understanding of hiring challenges faced by small and medium businesses
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms including CRM systems, online communication tools, and MS Office
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in commission-based sales roles or familiarity with recruitment platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
