Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Commission Sales Associate for a full-time hybrid role based in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, with opportunities for partial remote work. The role entails promoting and selling LIC's varied insurance products, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting customers in analyzing and selecting suitable insurance plans. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, achieving sales targets, staying updated on relevant industry trends, attending training sessions, and representing LIC’s values in building trust among clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Customer service experience and the ability to understand diverse insurance needs to deliver personalized product recommendations.
- Basic financial acumen and an understanding of life insurance products, with a willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the regional market will be an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup with the ability to meet clients in-person as required.
