Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mehsana. The individual in this position will actively identify and approach potential clients interested in immigration and overseas opportunities, explain available services, and guide them through initial consultations. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling walk-in inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions. The role involves meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, and providing clear, professional communication throughout the sales process. The Commission Sales Associate will also participate in promotional activities and local marketing efforts to increase visibility and generate new business.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience working with targets, commissions, or incentive-based roles.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Mehsana and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in education consultancy, immigration services, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or related areas is preferred.
- Comfort with learning immigration-related processes and explaining them clearly to prospective clients.
