Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate products or services to drive sales. The associate will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, closing deals, and providing post-sale support. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, following up with prospective and existing customers, and collaborating with the team to meet individual and collective sales targets. The role also includes staying informed about company offerings and market trends to communicate value clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs, present solutions clearly, and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and digital tools for maintaining records, tracking leads, and reporting sales activities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in retail or field sales is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Comfort working on-site in Rudrapur and engaging with customers in person on a daily basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
