Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate specializing in Agriculture Equipment, Machineries, and Tools. The role is based in Nashik, where the associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product functionality, providing consultations tailored to customer needs, maintaining a thorough understanding of product specifications, and collaborating with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and resolve issues. The role also requires tracking market trends and generating sales reports.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, tools, and machinery is highly desirable
- Customer Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical expertise or aptitude to understand and explain product specifications and functionality
- Proficiency in identifying market trends and contributing insights to improve product offerings
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools and software related to sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A background in agriculture or sales-related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or agriculture are advantageous
