Role Des</strong>cription
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and driving sales efforts, crafting and executing marketing strategies, offering excellent customer service, and consistently engaging with clients to build and maintain productive relationships. The role also includes providing training to team members and overseeing sales processes. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided as part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals will be an advantage
- Experience in Training team members to enhance skills and contribute to team success
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office responsibilities with remote tasks
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
