Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with the flexibility for partial remote work. As a Commission-Only Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales outreach, presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate sales records.

You will play a pivotal role in representing MedPro Insights' services and contributing significantly to revenue generation.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships
  • Basic knowledge or familiarity with digital marketing solutions like SEO, social media advertising, and AI-powered tools is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and maintain detailed records
  • Prior experience in healthcare, digital marketing, or technology sales is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or tools for tracking sales activities is a plus
