Role Overview
We are looking for a Commission-Based Sponsorship & Partnerships Intern who can help us onboard brands and sponsors for our upcoming festival.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to earn based on performance, build real-world sales experience, and work on a large-scale event.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and brand partners
- Pitch our festival and present sponsorship opportunities
- Use your own network or cold outreach to generate leads
- Coordinate with the internal team to close sponsorship deals
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure smooth communication with brands
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed sponsorships
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role
- You earn per sponsorship deal closed
- Higher-value deals = higher earnings
- No fixed salary or stipend
