Role Description
This is a full-time Remote role for a Commission-Based Sales Associate .The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and driving revenue for our cutting-edge technological solutions. Daily tasks include engaging potential customers, crafting tailored sales strategies, preparing proposals, and achieving set sales targets. Collaboration with the internal team to understand products and market trends is a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Building
- Strong Communication, Persuasive Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Understanding of Technology Products, including SaaS, AI, and Digital Platforms
- Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales roles within the technology industry is an advantage
Please note: This is a 100% commission-based role initially with high incentive structures. Once revenue targets are met, we will transition to a fixed salary + performance model."
