Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Commission-Based Lead Partner. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building client relationships, and fostering trust with prospective partners. Day-to-day tasks may include prospecting for leads, providing exceptional customer service, delivering compelling sales presentations, managing client onboarding, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies. The role requires independence, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Training, with a proven ability to meet or exceed business development goals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with documenting and organizing client data effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or a related role is a plus.
- Previous experience in business development or sales in the professional services industry is ideal.
