Role Description
We are seeking Business Development Partners to identify and introduce new business opportunities for Vihang. This is a commission-based role suited for professionals with strong industry networks and experience in B2B sales, procurement, or business development.
The selected partner will be responsible for:
• Identifying potential customers across industrial, corporate, educational, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional sectors
• Generating qualified sales leads and business opportunities
• Arranging meetings with decision-makers including HR, Administration, Procurement, Purchase, Operations, and Safety departments
• Facilitating introductions and supporting the sales process
• Building long-term relationships with prospective clients
• Expanding Vihang's presence across assigned regions and industries
Qualifications
• Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, procurement, sourcing, or account management is preferred
• Strong professional network within manufacturing, healthcare, education, hospitality, logistics, infrastructure, or corporate sectors
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on generating business opportunities
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary.
