Role Description
This is a full-time remote Commission-Based Work role at Amit Kreation. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales for the company's digital services. The candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and manage communication. Additionally, responsibilities include using tools like Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting, delivering training to clients when necessary, and supporting sales initiatives to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to engage clients effectively and address their needs.
- Capability to deliver Training sessions and support client education on products and services.
- Strong Sales acumen to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for creating and managing reports and tracking data.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in digital services or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Knowledge of web development concepts and platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
- Understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, social media marketing, and Google Ads
- Strong skills in client communication, sales, and lead generation
- Familiarity with technical terms related to web design, coding, and content writing is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing a remote work setup
- Proven experience in commission-based roles or freelance project sales is advantageous
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to craft tailored solutions for clients
