Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of cake batters, fillings, frostings, and decorations according to standardized recipes
- Support daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
- Operate basic kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and baking tools safely
- Assist in assembling and decorating cakes to required specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
- Monitor stock levels and inform senior staff of shortages
- Properly store ingredients and finished products
Requirements- 0–2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if required
Skills & Competencies- Passion for pastry and cake production
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Consistency and precision in execution
- Basic piping and cake decorating skills (advantageous)
