At Fiori Artisanal, we are a premium, from-scratch dessert kitchen and café focused on European cuisine, conscious sourcing, and refined craftsmanship. As we grow, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our kitchen team.
Position: Commis II

• Continental Kitchen
• Bakery & Pastry Kitchen
Location: Bangalore (Marathahalli & Whitefield)
What You’ll Do
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and mise en place
• Execute recipes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
• Support in preparation of breads, desserts, and plated dishes (based on department)
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Work closely with senior chefs to improve techniques and skills
• Contribute to a positive, disciplined, and collaborative kitchen environment

Who We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of kitchen experience (Continental or Bakery/Pastry)
• Strong interest in European cuisine and artisanal baking
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
