Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Commis I (Pastry & Continental Kitchen) to join our team at Sunday Croissant, Jubilee Hills. The candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality preparation of croissants and continental items while strictly following the guidelines of the Head Chef and Continental Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparation and production of:
• Croissant sandwiches
• Filled croissants (sweet & savory)
• Fresh bakery items for on-site customers
• Ensure all products are prepared fresh and served in a timely manner
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Adhere to food safety standards and kitchen SOPs
• Support senior chefs in daily prep and mise en place
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pastry or continental kitchen
• Basic knowledge of baking and continental cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow under senior chefs
