Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef based in Ahmedabad. The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish. The role requires maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Supporting senior chefs, following recipes, and upholding safety measures are key responsibilities of this position. The Commis Chef will also assist in inventory management and contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills with a passion for culinary arts
- Proficiency in maintaining Hygiene and adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols
- Good Communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
- Basic understanding and application of Culinary Skills in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and learn from senior chefs
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
- Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and a commitment to excellence
