🌟 About the Role
Procons Innovations Pvt. Ltd., the official franchise partner of Amore Gelato & Café, is hiring an experienced Commis Chef (Grade III & II) exclusively for our Amore Kochi Café.
This role focuses on managing kitchen operations and ensuring all food items are prepared with consistency and quality, strictly following SOPs provided by both local vendors and the franchisor.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble café food items as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Handle daily prep activities including cutting, heating, plating, and storage
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth order flow
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and compliance guidelines
🎓 Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in a kitchen role (Commis Chef/QSR/Café preferred)
- Skills: Basic culinary skills and understanding of food safety practices
- Language: Basic communication in Malayalam and/or English
- Attitude: Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Appearance: Clean, hygienic, and well-groomed
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
- Preferred: Candidates with Hotel Management or Culinary background

- Shifts: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
