Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commis 3 role located in Vadodara. The responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, supporting chefs in the kitchen, maintaining high hygiene standards, and executing assigned cooking tasks efficiently. The Commis 3 will ensure all ingredients are prepared and ready, adhere to food safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen while contributing to the culinary team’s operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques, with a foundation in Culinary Skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen Hygiene standards and food safety practices.
- Strong Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training is a plus.
- A keen interest in Pan-Asian cuisine and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
