COMMIS CHEF — CONTINENTAL

Nallagandla, Hyderabad
A cozy neighbourhood art & book cafe serving
specialty coffee + continental cuisine.
We’re looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Support daily kitchen operations
• Mise en place & food preparation
• Maintain quality, consistency & presentation
• Follow kitchen, hygiene & food safety SOPs
• Work closely with the FOH team during service
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• IHM / equivalent hospitality graduate
• 1 year experience in Continental cuisine
• Good food safety & hygiene knowledge
• Fluent English + Hindi or Telugu
• Strong teamwork & communication
