Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Commie in the Bakery division, located in Pune. The Commie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods, including cookies, bread, and other bakery products. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining cleanliness in the work area, following recipes accurately, preparing and mixing ingredients, and ensuring quality and consistency in all baked products. The Commie will also assist senior chefs and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the bakery kitchen.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking practices, with attention to detail and quality
- Experience in Food Preparation, including accurate measuring and mixing of ingredients
- Knowledge of making Cookies and Bread, with the ability to manage their preparation and baking process
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment under time constraints
- Previous experience in a professional bakery or culinary setup is a plus
- Formal training or certification in bakery or culinary arts is an advantage
