Role Description
The Commie role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the workspace, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily kitchen operations. The Commie will follow recipes and instructions from the Head Chef or supervisors while adhering to food safety standards. Additional tasks may include inventory management, food storage, and contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Basic kitchen skills, including food preparation, portioning, and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
