Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi III at Autogrill, based in Bengaluru at Kempegowda International Airport. The Commi III will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to set recipes, ensuring cleanliness of workspaces, and supporting other kitchen staff as required. The role involves following all health and safety regulations and maintaining effective communication with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a solid foundation in Culinary Skills
- Knowledge and adherence to Hygiene standards and food safety practices in a kitchen environment
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality food standards
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
- Salary will be between 19k to 20k Gross.
