Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi III position located in Bengaluru at Kempegowda International Airport. The Commi III will support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene and consistency in quality. Responsibilities include assisting in cooking and culinary processes, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, and adhering to food safety and preparation guidelines. The role also requires effective communication with team members and active collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Food Preparation and Hygiene practices
- Cooking and Culinary skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team
- Ability to follow kitchen protocols and uphold food safety standards
- Enthusiasm to learn and a passion for the food and beverage industry
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen environment is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training in culinary arts would be advantageous
