Job Title: Commi 3 – South Indian / Dosa Specialist
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Commi 3 with strong expertise in dosa preparation and South Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dosas while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook different varieties of dosas, uttapams, and other South Indian breakfast items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of food.
- Prepare dosa batter, chutneys, sambhar, and supporting mise en place as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dosa station and kitchen area.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels of ingredients.
- Assist senior chefs in kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure timely food preparation during busy service hours.
