Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Commi 1. In this role, the Commi 1 will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes meet quality standards. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following recipes, and supporting senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations. This position requires teamwork to deliver high-quality culinary experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Being physically present in the outlets for food preperation and day to day food operations .Need hood communication skills for customer experience .

Qualifications

• Strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Proficiency in Culinary Skills with an ability to follow recipes and adapt to different cooking techniques
• Knowledge of Hygiene and sanitation standards in a kitchen environment
• Effective Communication skills for coordination with team members
• Passion for the culinary arts and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or training in culinary or hospitality fields is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is beneficial
