Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Commi 1 & Commi 2 (Continental). The role involves day-to-day tasks such as food preparation and cooking, ensuring hygiene standards, and maintaining communication within the kitchen team. The Commi 1 & Commi 2 will assist in cooking and plating food, preparing ingredients, and following recipes to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills
- Culinary Skills and knowledge of Continental cuisine
- Knowledge of Hygiene and food safety standards
- Effective Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Relevant experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Passion for cooking and creativity in food presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary certification or relevant education is a plus
